Our Process
JCEE Clothing offers a full supply chain service from concept to sourcing raw materials to delivery.

Enquiry
We receive a customer enquiry based on styling from our range, a customer sample or a picture. Our merchandise team will discuss the design and construction, fabric options , possible deliveries based on fabric being locally sourced or imported and then provide a cost price.

Production & Quality Control
Once we receive the approval from our customer we proceed with bulk manufacturing. Our experienced quality assurer will manage the order every step of the way from laying and cutting of the fabric to the machine floor and finally pressing and packing. We follow strict quality procedures to ensure that every aspect of production meets the highest standards.

Concept Sample & Approval
We then make up an concept sample in the closest or actual fabric. Once the concept sample is approved as well as the trims, print and embroidery, the customer will send us an official order and we proceed to order the bulk fabric and approved trims.

Bookings & Delivery
We then arrange a booking to deliver the completed order to our customer based on customer requirements.

Pre-Production
Once we receive all the bulk components we will allocate the style to a factory and a pre-production sample is made. Our quality assurer will compare the quality and ensure the execution of this sample is as per the approved sample. This sample is then sent to the customer for final approval.

We look forward to repeat orders which we strive to deliver as a quick response to allow our customer the ability to capitalize on sales within the season.
